Description

Complete SoftSymbols™ Version 3 software package for Vectorworks® 2011-2015. The download includes 42 object libraries, representing 31 manufacturers, with over 3,500 symbols updated with the latest beam and field information. Version 3 also comes with the Data Conversion macros (convert to Metric and back again!), a list of all symbol data in the SoftData© pdf, and Shelley's expanded Scales and Section Collections.

These documents are upgraded and reconstructed in Vectorworks 2011, and designed for both the Mac and PC platforms. Their resources and data are up to date as of 2010. They do not include instrumentation released since 2010, nor do they possess any Focus Functionality - they are not "Enhanced".

This package also includes updated SoftMaps© of all of the symbols that can be plotted as visual resources, as well as the SoftGuide© package, the 62-page process-structured introduction to Vectorworks® 12 symbols, resources, the Resource Browser, and the Object Info palette. All SoftSymbol™ products are written by Steve Shelley, author of the best-seller "A Practical Guide to Stage Lighting, Third Edition."

This package is designed specifically for Vectorworks® 2011, and may be upgraded through Vectorworks® 2015. All documentation written in pdf format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Does not require SpotLight or AutoPlot. Does not include the new Wildfire SoftSymbol library. This SoftSymbols purchase does NOT include any version of Vectorworks®.
