When I started using Vectorworks some 16 years ago I was fortunate to come across the Field Template SoftSymbol range not long after. They are the absolute benchmark for high quality, detailed and most of all clearly drawn symbols. SoftSymbols™ Version 3.x Enhanced 2016 Packs

SoftSymbols Version 3.x ENHANCED for 2016 Packs are the same Enhanced object libraries - all 3D components are assigned to the Parts Record, and retain Vw2011 Focus Functionality®. This difference is that these libraries are built in the Vectorworks 2016 environment.  The object libraries are sub-divided into folders, allowing the new Vw2016 Spotlight Lighting Instrument Tool to reveal the new Vw2016 Pop-up Thumbnail Resource Window.

These 2016 packs are sub-divided specifically in order to function within the Vectorworks 2016 environment. They will not properly function in any Vectorworks environment prior to 2016.

All SoftSymbol™ products are written by Steve Shelley, author of the best-seller "A Practical Guide to Stage Lighting, Third Edition." The resources and data for both of these packages are designed for both the Mac and PC platforms. They all include instrumentation released since 2010, and they possess Focus Functionality. Autoplot not included. No SoftSymbol package contains any version of Vectorworks or Spotlight.

*All of these libraries are saved in Vw2016. If you do not own Vectorworks 2016, do not purchase these Enhanced for Vw2016 products.
