SoftSymbols™ Version 3.x Enhanced Packs

SoftSymbols Version 3.x ENHANCED Packs are divided into individual object libraries containing equipment that has been released since 2010. The object libraries have been built in Vectorworks 2011, so the 3D components are attached to the Spotlight Parts Record. That means the 3D lighting devices have Focus Functionality®; in any 3D view, the lighting device rotates and aims towards an assigned Spotlight focus point.

All ENHANCED Packs come with Sam Jones' Data Conversion Plug-ins, that convert Spotlight frame size and weight data from Imperial to Metric and back again. They also come with their own SoftData© pdf spreadsheet, and a SoftMap© pdf showing the complete graphic layout of the library.

The resources and data for both of these packages are designed for both the Mac and PC platforms. They all include instrumentation released since 2010, and they possess Focus Functionality.

*All of these libraries are saved in Vw2008, Vw2011, Vw2016, Vw2017 or Vw2018, and do NOT include any version of Vectorworks®, Spotlight, or AutoPlot, . To use these documents in any version of Vectorworks after Vw2008 [up to Vw2011, launch your version of Vectorworks first, and then open each SoftSymbols object library. Same for Vectorworks after Vw2011 [up to Vw2016], and Vectorworks after Vw2018.
