German Light Products 3.9 Pack
Introducing the SoftSymbols™ German Light Products [GLP] 3.9 Pack, part of German Light Products GmbH.
The German Light Products 3.9 Pack is a new addition to SoftSymbols, providing over sixty new resources. This pack provides access to the most current product lines, including LED moving lights and X4 Bars, the X4 Atom Series, and the Volks|Licht moving lights. The German Light Products 3.9 Pack includes all current movers, washlights, striplights, and strobe fixtures.
Movers include the full complement of impression fixtures, including the Spot One and Wash One moving lights, featuring two 3D components - one set of resources show fixtures hanging from a light position, while the FLR [Floor] resources show the 3D components sitting on the deck.
Washlights include the complete selection of current X4 Bars, while the Assorted folder also includes the Force 120 LED fan, and the JDC1 Strobe.
Additional movers include the GT-1 hybrid fixture, and the Volks|Licht, the Volks|Licht Zoom, and the Volks|Licht Spot fixtures.
The German Light Products 3.9 Object Library
The German Light Products 3.9 Pack also includes:
| SoftMap™: | A pdf map matching each object library. The pdf can be printed out to provide a hard-copy reference for all the symbols, regardless of printer. |
| SoftData™: | The latest information, extracted directly from the symbols, and triple-checked using the SoftGauntlet® System. The data is translated into metric units as well—all symbols and resources can convert to metric scale, utilizing Sam Jones' Autoplot for Spotlight macros. |
• The German Light Products 3.9 Legacy Pack is designed in the Vectorworks 2008, 2009, and 2010 environments. The 3D components are not attached to a parts record—they don’t move, and will not aim to a Spotlight focus point.
• The German Light Products 3.9 Enhanced Vw2011-Vw2015 Pack is designed in the Vectorworks 2011-2015 environments. All applicable 3D components possess Vw2011 Focus Functionality®. That means the 3D components are attached to the parts record; in any 3D view, the lighting device automatically rotates and aims towards an assigned Spotlight focus point.
• The German Light Products 3.9 Enhanced Vw2016 Pack is designed in the Vectorworks 2016 environment. All applicable 3D components retain Vw2011 Focus Functionality®. The object library is segmented, so that the new Spotlight Instrument Tool can reveal the Pop-up Thumbnail Resource Window.
• The German Light Products 3.9 Enhanced Vw2017 Pack is designed in the Vectorworks 2017 environment. All applicable 3D components retain Vw2011 Focus Functionality®. The object library is recombined, allowing the new Resource Manager to display more complete resource names, while the Spotlight Instrument Tool still reveals the Pop-up Thumbnail Resource Window.
• The German Light Products 3.9 Enhanced Vw2018-Vw2019 Pack is designed in the Vectorworks 2018 environment. All resources retain Vw2011 Focus Functionality® within the Vw2017 environment. On top of that, special data is added to each resource, streamlining the workflow from Spotlight to Vision.
